In Kiss me liar you see Grayson several times, because he is friends with Keith, you sometiemes hear about Chase, because Keith's production firm produces the movie Chase is shooting. Then that there are 6 Miller siblings, and that their parents are both dominant. That they have a family lawform and that the father became a politician.
The Millers have their own stories, so far there are 4 (novels/webnovels), and the next one the author releases will also be a Miller story too, that of Nathaniel.

The grandparents are Dominic Miller (DA), a famous ruthless lawyer and Ashley " Juliet" Dawson (Gamma turned Omega)- It's a dark story, about betrayal, revenge, obsession, violence etc. In short: Ashley tried to use Dominic and seduced him, while Domninic fell very deeply, obsessively in love with Ashley. When he found out that Ashley only wanted to get a better position and the chance to marry the daughter of the boss, he abducted him and forced him to mutate. Which is problematic, since Ashley was a gamma, if they survives it makes them weak and shortens their lifespan. He locked him up for the rest of their life. When Ashley died Dominic killed himself.

Ashley Miller (DA. He is 2,10m tall by the way, and the Millers all look alike). The was a lawyer, in the present he is a senator) is their only son and his pair is Connor"Koi" Niles (DO, was for a long time mistaken for a Beta. He has problems with tasting and smelling, because of an accident).
Ashley presented really late, he was around 17 years old, so he was a normal friendly high school student, who was the star of the ice hockey team. They met in highschol and got separated for 10 years, because Koi left him ( their families were problematic). Since Ashley only wanted to be with Koi, he didn't release pheromones, got injections and damaged his brain in the process. As a result he lost his ability to feel emotions and became dependent on Koi's pheromones.
He actually didn't want any children, he would be fine with one, Nathaniel was an accident, but Koi wanted more. They ended with 6 children, 5 AD and one OD. 4 of the ADs manifested before they were 5 year old, the twins at least Grayson, not 100% sure about Stacy since Ashely treated them differently, were born like that. Chase manifested after puberty. His AD sibling have problems understanding emotions, so they don't understand Chase.
Koi, who loves his children, always comes first for Ashley, he was also jealous of his own children which also caused problems raising them. After an incident, where the children almost killed Koi with spoilt food, Koi was no longer allowed to be alone with them and Ashley took over rasing them, and Koi went along with it.
The children are Nathaniel, ~two year later came the fraternal twins: Grayson and Stacy. 3-4 Years later Chase was born, after him Larien and Bliss.
The nicknames the press gave the crazy Miller siblings are: Satan (Devil), Scoundrel, Pervert, Mad Dog, Con Artist ( wanted by the FBI), Poisonous Marshmellow.
By the way they are all chipped, and they are monitored by a team of secretaries who report to Ashley.
They ommited Stacy in the current KMIYC chapter, also Koi. Ashley is actually trying in that chapter, he is just not aware that it is not the reaction Chase wanted, and that's why Koi later visits Chase.
Stacy is also responsibel for "the help" Chase received as a child, it was never Grayson also when they were smaller.
Grayson has his own story, it was released earlier this year, so I could tell you quite a lot about him. But his story is most likely one that will be adapted to manhwa sooner or later, also because his pair is Dane Striker (OD, he is in KML, he is 196 cm tall, that's him https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kiss_me_liar/uu/br_chapter-181743/pg-21/ ). If you don't want heavier spoiler on "Desire me of you can", I tell you at least a bit about what's wrong with him, because that also affect's Chase.
He was born as a dominant alpha, he releases more pheromones that a normal dominant alpha, he is also stonger than an normal one, I think.
Ashley always has an eye on him, because he reminded him the most of his father Domninic. I think Grayson probably had it the hardest with his father.
They thought that he is completely emotionless (doctors etc,) and was trained by teachers to read emotions and how to react to them. Although he actually does show a uncontiousy reaction, but it only thorugh a trait also Koi has, but Ashley and Dane are weak to that, lol.
It looks like that he has a heavey form of Alexithymia. Another problem is his way of helping others, since he often goes by his weird logic, so said "help" can have a negative effect on the recipiant, can be weird to really harmful, while Grayson is not aware of it. He is even offended when the complain about his help.
He in his way cares about Chase and wants to help him, but you see the result.
