i hate to break it to u but the novel is the epitome of slow burn… (but it keeps u at the edge of ur seat every time)
Yeah i guessed it would be worse in the novel, i don't mind slow burns in general, it's the repeating events that's irritating me, it's always him going to a ritual or smth and making it very clear he doesn't like violence
The story is so slow burn man.... Like there's almost no progression happening and the same events keep repeating, where's the climax already....
