All the characters are entitled to their feelings. The count's feeling of betrayal is justified. But their circumstances in the first life is made complicated by Fenrir's psycho father. It can't be simply equated to just this and that because of the many entangled variables that resulted into the count unaliving himself in the first timeline.
-Yeah but, If Fenrir didn't mean it why did he keep seeing the omega the redhead planted? The circumstances weren't told cus the story was said in Eleanor's limited perspective, but in the current timeline they said constant exposure to Alpha pheromones is good for the Omega and their baby's development. So, it's highly likely that the blond Omega needed that sort of treatment too.
-Why didn't he see Eleanor during his free time? Maybe guilt that he couldn't do anything.
But he's a duke, it's bullshit that he can't do anything! Maybe he was threatened.
-What could be a threat to him, who could blackmail him like that? His psycho father could, even if he had already passed on the title to Fenrir, his influence is likely still strong, plus he had mental hold against Fenrir because of the bloke's desire for parental recognition. He loves Eleanor too, to the point that he had become a weakness that psycho father could exploit.
Sadly, all we have was circumstantial crumbs because Eleanor jumped to second timeline before we found the bread. Fenrir is hated because he's a "cheater" and him being raped was set aside because apparently he didn't try hard enough to fight back. He could've been drugged and locked up during that time for all we know. But yeah, he should've at least done something despite the fact.
However, Fenrir in this timeline is still innocent, and imagine being in his shoes, the person you're in love with and about to marry suddenly took off without explaining anything. Refused to see you, had one night stand with two other guys, and now he had to share nights with them because the baby 's father (which we knew was all three of them) might be either of you... I just wish they get their happy ending this timeline fast cuz I want to read more about the son's story already ╥﹏╥
Only Sion deserves Eleanor for me though. Fenrir and redhead are way up in their high horse.
The black haired duke has a pretty tragic story. You think you have a happy ending only for your family to throw u an omega when you're not in your right mind (essentially, he's being raped). Dont get the hate for him
