In an earlier chapter, if I recall correctly, it’s implied that he was somehow in an altered state of mind and woke up with the knife but we the reader never saw him kill the father, so I’m going to assume that a future plot twist is that he was framed but doesn’t know bc he also thinks he did it
I also think in this chapter how he’s literally supposed to take the fall for this other dude (I’m so bad with names sorry) it parallels how he supposedly took the fall for the policeman murder for the red eye dude in the past.
Honestly I think so too but even the fact that he pursued him knowing that he was the killer is pretty fucked as well.
He was framed. Taesoo killed and pinned the blame on the clearly traumatised child who was brought along to “toughen him up” since he couldn’t bring himself to kill or harm another person. When he came to after a black out, he asked taesoo what happened and just like now, taesoo pinned the blame on him. The issue is that he felt so guilty that he kept tabs on the child and that he didn’t investigate further once he got some power of his own but taesoo probably killed off all the other men who were there and could tell exactly what happened that day. It’s just really unfortunate scapegoating.
If he was actually the killer and the way he still made him fall in love w him. He totally deserves whatever shit's happenin to him
