Ok to basically there’s two life’s the first life’s is shown in the beginning of the story , and where the ML won’t bond with the MC bc he has fears of their past life where mc was raped and abused because of how the ml treated him so basically the Second part of the story is the past life of mc and ml I do have spoilers if you want

So in the past life the mc ends up preg with the ml , and the mls brother bc as u seen he got raped so then he kills himself w the ml gun and then time passes on the ml kills humself then they
reincarnated to now so that’s why the ML does not want to bond w the mc because he is scared the mc is going to kill himself again
i was reading this earlier this year and it seemed promising, i just skimmed through like 2 newer chapters and that last one and im so confused as to where is this story even going anymore, whats happened
