The reason why they skipped ahead is because she was in the academy and was avoiding interacting with Nact. It will apparently also be redundant if they continue the ongoing timeline.
Ummm maybe I’m the only one but I felt like that was a random spot to jump 5yrs. I mean all that angst and anticipation building. A story about if they grew more distant or if they patched things up and grew closer…. Like we got nothing. I’m just a little lost and confused on why that just happened
