Raising Little Monster (Novel Only, but So AmaZing!!! MC is cool and logical, ML....is a mushyroom. They both have a very, very rough start, but trust me, it just goes so well that they could make one cry. Sure, at times MC is a bit Too cold, but that was from getting harmed, he didn't wanted to let his guard down and die again. Won't spoil more, read it yourself. Also, there's a fusion of worlds both real and virtual, so you get both plot and romance.)

This damned Quest for Survival (another amazing Novel Only plot, supernatural occult worldML kills MC many times, body horror, scenes of trauma, extremely violent, Not for the faint of heart MC isn't some goody goody guy, so it's way better than Thriller Trainee, they are literally dancing to their death, good plot, gaslighting, manipulation and MC isn't any weaker either.)

Oh no, I ran out of recommendations, I don't recall some others and some are just 7-8 rating or below. Same, I loved Death Spiral and Global Examination. My favourite is ofc RLM and Have to be great villain with Dreadful Night and 11th school trip as good thrillers. Not to forget dmned quest for survival which I felt was a unique find.

Not regression/memory plot exactly, but have you read 'Kiss the Abyss'?? It's Completed, not very long but worth it. You might have read TCF (Trash of the Count's Family) right. This could seem like they look alike, some readers compare their looks and behaviour to be similar.
