Crazy thing to say but i used to think that way before, i think its because he's happier now so his features have softened, I believe it's the same irl, when we smile our features soften and we don't look as sharp with our looks.....then there's the matter that the artist may have changed style here and there but I believe my theory more because I've seen this in other stories aswell where a character looks a lot hotter looking sharp and serious but the second we reach the end their features soften and yeah as I said I'd like to think it's because they're happy so...I personally give It a pass
