Agreed, idk why it is so popular to make mc's so ordinary looking? Happens in many genres and makes the stories kinda not believable sometimes.
I know righttt?! I mean, i get it that you want the mls to be the most handsome people, but what if readers WANT the mc instead of the mls? What if WE want to take care of the mc better than the mls? (what ifs what ifs)
