I can't tell if the child is adopted or not because I can't understand the raws. But I believe that Yuuichi is Kudo and Miyauchi's true son. He looks like them. He inherits kudo's blond hair and miyauchi's love for food. Also, there is a picture of kudo as a toddler which is in the hand of the alpha guy who tried to separate miyauchi and kudo. The kid kudo looks exactly like yuuichi.

Yuuichi is 100% Miya and Kudou's biological son. The first page of the second extra is Miya giving birth. In the Omegaverse Project (the magazine that KD was published in) everyone can give birth. It's just that in the alpha-omegas pairings, omegas are more fertile 'cuz they go into heat and alphas produce more semen during their heat. But otherwise any combination is possible and outside of their heat, omegas are equally as fertile as alphas and betas.
