Chase can be certainly stronger, if he trains. He actually is strong in KMIYC, he just can't use his strenght effectively.
Josh knows that since he gave him lessons in selfdenfense.^^
But I think Grayson would still be still stonger than Chase, even if trained. Being born mafinested makes them stonger than a normal one, at least I think that.

I think one of the reason I like Kiss Me if You Can is that Josh, an omega, kicks ass. It's Chase that is typically the damsel in distress.
But after reading Desire Me If You Can (Grayson's story), Dominant Alphas are no joke. They are super strong. Grayson literally tore a man in half. Meaning, Chase can also do all that...but it's never seen in the novel bc Josh is the action hero in their relationship haha.
