Idk ur relationship w ur sister but imo that’s just what siblings do. My brother and I have called each other ugly in so many different ways we’ve had to come up with new insults for each other. Ur definitely in the normal range btw.

imma be frank, again idk ur sister, but she kinda sounds like an asshole ur definitely not obese and u definitely shouldnt feel like u have to avoid food. avoiding food altogether will just further fuel ur depression (speaking from personal experience). eat healthy ofc, but eating healthy doesn't mean not eating at all. eat lots of fruit, veggies, protein, etc. junk food is also okay once in a while, but it can also further fuel depression. i know its hard but try not to take ur sister's comments to heart if u can. wishing u the best

you almost 170cm, ur weight actually an ideal weight for ur height but maybe bcs she's not used to seeing your new look that's why OR r u asian? bcs if u're asian an ideal weight is consider fat and underweight is consider an ideal OR if u gain weight and nvr work out, even tho it's an ideal weight sometimes u can look fat bcs for some ppl when they gain weight instead of their body their cheeks r more chubby or any other body part and that makes some illusion to others that u're fat (i am like that, even tho i only gain 2 to 3 kg my cheeks would be the first to get chubbier and it's crazy bcs i'm literally still underweight, it's when i'm 167cm and 43kg, ppl keep saying that i'm getting chubbier but when they hold my wirst they'll say oh u're still skinny)

so maybe one of those reason

I recommend that you visit a proper dietician, consult about your health, make sure to get body check-ups and Make a food diary. Note down whatever you eat for breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner. This will help you to keep a track and there's something to show that you have been eating well. If this helps: Avoid eating too heavy foods at night. If needed to consume something, have a nourishing warm homemade soup or something similar to porridge, then let it digest and sleep (do make sure to brush your teeth after eating) Ard more liquids in your diet besides water. Soups, buttermilk, fruit juices (Only if you are sick and unable to consume fruits raw) and fibre from green leafy veggies.

But as I mentioned before, have yourself get checked up. Remember, a Healthy You is a Unique You, not anyone Else. It is important to console yourself that being a little heavy in a healthy manner isn't wrong, having a good exercise is also essential. Get some morning rays, won't rant further. Take care, and Know that Body Shaming is something people need to be aware of nowadays, don't be affected by their words. You know, like how dogs bark at each other or birds chirp noisily at you, think it's nonsense. Give Luv to yourself first, then share it to others.
    Have a lovely day ahead

It depends on how you individually carry weight. I’d say on average that’s a healthy weight for that height and not fat. But for some people it might be. It all depends. Just like some people being above the maximum for recommended weight for their age/gender/height doesn’t always mean they’re fat and/or unhealthy either. It’s based on an average but people are different. Just focus on if you’re healthy in general, eat healthy, eat enough, and if you’re happy with where you’re at.
