I relate to Yun-oh cuz it’s hard to tell what you feel especially after bottling up your emotions and feelings for this long ( + lowkey having no social skills ). I do think they both have to communicate better tho. But Haewon has literally no emotional intelligence, he may be trying his "best" but Yun-oh ain’t dumb and sees that Haewon only agreed to date him cuz he was desperate, he doesn’t reciprocate the same feelings. He keeps asking himself "I’m doing everything he wants, why is he angry ?" And doesn’t think further than this.
Yes, Yun-oh should absolutely communicate but Haewon "doing his best" is just hurting Yun-oh even more, it doesn’t feel sincere, he doesn’t love him back like how Yun-oh would want him to. He only agreed to date because he has abandonment issues or whatever, it felt like he only accepted it because he didn’t want Yun-oh to "throw a tantrum" again
i don’t get yunoh sympathizers because like. all of his issues are self inflicted. he’s not as “trapped” as y’all are making him out to be, he actually does has options (admittedly not great ones but we literally have an entire chapter where we see how the other kids are the orphanage are managing on their own even without a support system like haewon), yunoh is a grown ass fucking adult bruh, he ain’t a kid. he can do whatever he wants, and he’s feeling so shitty about their relationship because he feels haewon is dating him for other reasons then he is more than capable of saying that to him.
haewon isn’t perfect either but at least he’s trying to do what he thinks is best and being proactive about it, instead of stewing in his own emotions and then lashing out at everyone.
