I mean, yeah the mountain god knew Jiwon when he was younger, but I don't think anything was romantic until Jiwon was an adult. Obviously, we don't know much of their past, but based on the memory at the beginning where the mountain god is presumably dying, it seems like Jiwon was an adult.

Because its odd and id say pretty damn natural to feel uncomfortable thinking about something taboo like this lol. Imagine seeing someone as a child and then going on to date them as an adult, it feels weird and it puts a bad taste in mine and many other’s mouths lol.
I do enjoy the mystic of it all but I’m not a fan of this trope where they knew eachother and one of them was literally a child— even if it was in their past life but since it seems like they aren’t *them* if you get what I mean I guess its whatever. Idk im on the fence, the art is very beautiful though.
