as someone who's skinny but not from any eating disorders, i fear people commenting about me behind my back just like this thread of comments. i only wear long sleeved tops and long bottoms because of this issue of mine for years. not to correct u or say anything but ive seen this comment twice already so i just somehow wanted to vent my frustrations
I completely get what u mean, i know people talk about peoples bodies esp if they're on the bigger or smaller side but what im talking about is an issue with manhwas in general, the girl or the bottom is always drawn in the same way even if theyre written to have backgrounds that should mean they're more built, and I don't like that. The lack of diversity in the way the bodies are drawn is annoying to me because there's no reason for it other than skinny is the beauty standard in east asia + they're gonna be a damsel in distress at some point so they have to look weak. Maybe there's more reasons but it always annoys me to see a character thats meant to be an athlete or just alwayss being the same body type. I went off on one but yh
