The bot that uploads chapters? Basically it scours the internet for the first free chapter that fits the description it can find and then uploads it. It’s usually the wrong manga or the wrong chapter or it’s just straight up MTL (machine translation like google translate) and it’s always super poor quality and sometimes barely legible. This way, we can read without having to deal with the inconvenience of getting the update ping for sucky content. I do wish they’d do the filler at the exact same time they upload the new chapter so we don’t get multiple pings for the same manga tho.
