It was because he had commitment and rejection traumas but he never told mc clearly that he wanted a casual relationship, it was more like was kinda implied already that they were only seeing each other. But one day after a fairly good date ended, the ml called a booty call to one of his former sex partners. Some won't find it as cheating though because they weren't officially dating at this time, but it was annoying to me because it was a foul move towards the mc who didn't deserve it.
