idk… flow wise it makes sense. they were all struggling this point. they went thru their training too. I think Nigeria will score at least once, but it makes sense that they’re hyping up blue lock to make the other stronger teams stand out more later. because mind u, this is still round one.

Blue lock is definitely capable of that. It makes perfect sense. They've endured and adapted so much it takes an idiot whos read this with their eyes closed to not see that. Fast growth =/ invaluable growth
not really, i feel bad for nigeria but as the others have already pointed out- this is still round 1. this is the stage where blue lock shows us readers the fruits of their labour throughout the past arcs. as a weekly reader, i don't see a better opportunity than this for blue lock to freely display their capabilities. even from a writer's perspective, i'm sure kaneshiro has come to the realization that his readers have noticed the same previous pattern of how they've always win games, this is a chance to counter that. so let my bbgs have their Ws before the other teams give them a few Ls to overcome
i hope the author is planning on having Nigeria dominate the second half, because if BlueBlock wins 3-0 im gonna lose it. where's the struggle? the part where isagi has to think outside of the box to find an opening to score? idc if Nigeria is just the appetizer b4 we get to PXG and the Spanish team, I want them to put up a fight. give us a reason for the backstories(￣∇￣")
