lol, love the comment. to answer how he got taller, i think he was always tall but because he had weight on him, gravity came down on him and with both factors in place, he looked short. lose the weight, gravity will always be around but it won't have a heavy impact if the weight (fat/mass) is lost and WA LA! we have a new hotty.
Yeah, its likely that before the surgery he had bad posture due to weight distribution, such as slouching and stuff.
Everyone going on and on bout the plastic surgery... but that is not the issue here... how the hell did he got so much taller lol.
Also he probs went to extreme bride 2 weeks before wedding i gotta fit in that effing dress diet mode, got excess skin surgery fixed his face a bit (cuz we dont know how he looked when he lost weight) It could of been minimal for all we know. Or they could of gone as far as to break bones and remold them.
What's sad is that it didnt boost his confidence that much at all >< . Boy your Hot now go find some game and live a sweet life. Cuz now he got all pretty for his crush, left the company and poofed out of said crushes view, I mean, wasted effort lvl 100.
