This is an urban legend, so no need to be afraid. Snakes don't eat everyday. In fact, a snake big enough to eat a human would be fed one a month at most. So saying that someone brought their snake to the vet after 3 days of not eating is a lie made up by someone who knows nothing about snakes.
Also, snakes are dumb. LIke, really, really dumb. If one though it could eat you it wouldn't plan ahead and make room in it's stomach for you, it would just bite you and try to swallow you. Even if the snake itself is less then half your size.

Seeing how ML coiled around MC i remembered an incident,
So there was a women , once she found a baby snake in her courtyard, so she started raising it , she feeds it milk , mice , chicken and so on. She became quite close to it , it became her favourite pet , so she used to spend lot of time with snake and she even used to sleep with the snake, sometimes snake used to coil around her . Like that snake grew up, but one day snake suddenly stopped eating, it was like that for 3 days so she took it to vet, then doctor examined her and asked if snake coiled around her, she said yes , then doctor said it was making space in its stomach to eat her so it stopped eating.
