If i remember correctly he knew about the memory loss from the very start and he was angry. Memory loss happened when they were little and he fully forgot juyeon.

i think what makes me think that juyeons revenge is even more extreme/ less justifiable is the fact that jiwook forgot everything he did to juyeon. he literally lost his memory of everything + so even though it’s him, is it really because he has no recollection of the events that happened previously he’s functionally a new self that hasn’t really earned the punishment in the present lol
