EXACTLY! you said it really well. its frustrating how mc is just losing his character as the story progresses. And the ML is still a fuckass piece of shit idc what anyone has to say. He's not doing this "caring" act out of the goodness of his heart, he has selfish ulterior motives and he's not even trying to hide it. Whatever he does he does it for himself because he only sees MC has a prize to win. ugly fuckass!

Anytime the alpha is around the omega is always sizing him up like an opponent and he gets really quiet. You can see he don’t know what to make of this jackass but he always knows the next move. My man ain’t never missed a step over this alpha.
Still taewook deserves a more verbally caring person, idk why the author, once they put ml in the frame, they start to water down taewook’s charisma and personality. Idk if I’m the only one noticing this
