Like they were so lovey dovey, their relationship was everything, they were there for eachother high and low and their relationship immediately shattered with little to no resolve.. like honestly it just makes you wonder how he changed completely

Its all because of money. Marriage is not just about love, theres a lot of other factors as marriage is about tying yourselves together in a way that almost makes two into one person. Young Mincheol is very arrogant and a 'know-it-all' type. He wasnt taking his studies seriously so he probably didnt get into college like he thought he would.
