I think the other person is basically saying: you’re implying that being a girl/woman is better because men get raped, as if women don’t get raped the most in real life so that it’s not really lucky/grateful thing to be a girl because girls get raped at a higher rate than men.
Often times with men victim of rape, it’s also from other men mostly.
