Honestly shes just implying that she hasnt move and still cant because of her mom bearing that pain with her so she carries that with her too so she cant freely love him and might resent him for his kindness and blame it all onto him (even if she said that i hope he gets her back earnestly)

I get gaeul but at the end u don't know life and even fate/work got u 2 to meet so like I get not continuing to meet or consciously meeting/thinking you are gonna etc. I get the no relationship be friendly or romantic but not meeting even for the rest of your life won't help her at the end, i mean partly maybe but I don't it will fully but thats of course just my opinion!
