Theories

I honestly don't think Gwen will survive, he seems to have proficiency with some kind of magic and wealth, however this looks like a battle of wit and fast bold actions, and i think he is too in love and will sacrifice himself.
Na-in is definitely way older than it seems, he is most definitely not from this place either, the brain washing drugs or whateva they use to erase his memory is what keeps him with Amon, because he obviously wants to escape or die constantly so i suspect a kidnapping or a couple that had a big fight and the dumbass seme resorted to the whole drug stuff for whatever reason. I think that what Amon smelt from Gwen also is connected with Na-in, like he had a similar smell or a plant from where he used to live, i also suspect that Gwen could be a magical manifestation of something that is tied to Na-in, or that his ability belongs to Na-in in a way and thus he can sense it.
Either way, this Amon guy seems more like a Demon than a god, even his name is that of a 'Demon Prince' in the Catholic church

I'm open for discussions ✩°。⋆⸜(˙꒳ ˙ )

i feel like gwen(not too sure abt nain) is from the modern world e.g. that case with the snowglobe. I used to think he was a transgressor that came into a book scenario lmao cs he seems to "know" something.

Yeah yeah, that's possible too, but rather than transmigration from modern times, he gives this feeling of "experienced civilization" i guess, like he is questioning everything (though i dunno if it's to get to Na-in or just ignorance) unlike most of the characters in the story, but the snow globe is explained by magic tools, the thing they called heretic or something like that, almost like they refuse technology to some degree and why people don't question anything around them.
Like how most people are ingrained since birth certain belief and in the case of Na-in and Gwen, they don't share the same views because they are from different places and that's why they are more vocal (because everyone knows that questioning means death, and a very bad afterlife, but this fear isn't as ingrained in Gwen, but it has been groomed into Na-in, though he still rebels in small ways)
