I’m not even gonna say that Ido “deserves to suffer” now in his second life, because the suffering will also help his consciousness he’s been amusing all the past chapters. Sejin is the only one who truly deserves anything. I hope the next arc will be fully centered around Sejin getting to finally call his own shots and heal. Whatever happens to Ido is secondary and only important when it truly benefits Sejin in a way that HE wants and needs.

i so agree, he was still the same forceful person he was in the last timeline just in a more coddling possessive way. If he truly wanted to atone for what he did he should've let Sejin have full free will. Not live with him, be trapped in the house with surveillance (even tho the security was nice to him he was still being followed), UGHHHHHH
Ok save him from his shitty family situation but let him go free, do not interfere. Ido selfishly brought him back into a world full of traumas, didnt even properly protect him from Idos brother. If you were real abt it KILL HIM (or make him go away) before he even gets the chance to see Sejin. ugh
“You should’ve stayed in your hurt” is such a powerful line. I fully agree, Kwon Ido did not deserve a redemption, he did not deserve to rid himself of even a small part of all the wrongdoing by pampering clueless Sejin.
Sejin was the only one who deserved a redo - a fresh start, so the fact that Ido also followed suite and died, thus having an opportunity to right his wrongs feels even more selfish and ridiculous. It’s such a compelling story and I would actually not be mad, if this was the end because even in this second attempt all he did was mostly for himself, because Sejin still didn’t get what he really wanted love, both romantic and familial. He was still being controlled and pushed towards the choices he should’ve been able to make himself. Kwon Ido, thinking he’s “doing what’s right” and mending his past mistakes once again isolated and pushed Sejin away.
If this second life is supposed to be his redemption, it has not yet started because he once again acted selfishly and on his own, I hope he understands it now.
