He did not get “crazy” drunk since the brother threw the drink. Also, he wanted to be taken advantage of as per their conversation that he knew it was spiked and still drank it. In which the brother took that as his consent. Since if it’s not with him, he’d end up doing it with someone else anyway.
I’m not siding with the brother, but I don’t think it’s rape.
He may have been raped if his precarious mental health was the context. However, that’s not something that the brother could have known and just thought of him as someone reckless.
Ik they're gonna end up together but idk if I'm gonna be happy about it. Jiho has to repent a lot to gain forgiveness in my opinion
