The official definition of Yaoi (BL) is works that feature romantic and/or sexual relationships between men. So it is yaoi, I'm sorry. It's just evil yaoi, unfortunately.
But , if you read novel you can understand that there is no romance in this , this is just a story of a two twisted men, here because thoughts and expressions of MC are not clearly shown we are not understanding but it's author never made it a romantic thing, heck at one point , during gang-rape scene, MC thoughts were so... Idk how to put it but real and even ending was twisted...

Omg thank u for saying how the novel is like!! I knew it, it’s a messed up psychological dynamic rather than a romantic one. Gosh, the artist really need to add more depths to the characters instead of just making them super duper hot. Also If u read the novel would u rec?
