jaechan's harebrained plan still ended up causing the death of one person anyway, and it's purely plot convenience that his attempt to negotiate that hostage worked in his favour. it's incredibly stupid to me, his sorry excuse of a plan shouldn't have worked at all. also, it really bothered me that despite there being 100 civilians who were being held hostage, both jaechan and woojin keep thinking only about each other. woojin even attempts to rush towards the men who are literally holding guns and pointing it at the hostages just because he thinks jaechan might be in danger. idk. this is ofc a yaoi manhwa first and foremost but it's still irritating to see them not give that much fucks about the npcs. maybe i'm projecting the mcs from other survival manhwas i've read on these characters too much. to clarify: it's because i was really interested in the plot that i was holding it to a higher standards than i would the other trashy bls i love to read.
