Bc he can't forget or forgive what happened in his last life
The seme tried to rewrite history and do everything right by his side this time around
But it doesn't make what happened before and all the hurt and anger the Mc felt and how horrible he was treated by him go away
And the seme knows that as well And he think he doesn't deserve the Mc so he should let him go (without even fighting for Mc)
So yeah basically it's bc of everything that happened before plus him still having the same attitude (making decisions for Mc without taking his opinion into consideration) thebest thing to do would be to just leave even though he loves the seme
