I know it's not culturally normal, but I'd include it if I were the HR guy trying to bribe her to stay at the new job.
But also she has a special gift no one else in their world has, and she can't help as many staff members if she's using up her work time on things that don't use her magic skill. Even now when they've "fixed" that issue in later chapters she's only helping other guild members power up a few times a month. If she didn't do the dishes or other things that don't use her skill it would be better for the guild's strengthening.
Ch 35 my dream kitchen would have a dishwasher. Since her skill doesn't add any benefit from her doing dishes and grocery shopping it also doesn't make sense to use her time on that when she could be helping more of the hunters level up their strength by using her skills.
