it has a warning at the start of the chapter about non-consensual behaviour (which is a confusing ass warning idk why its worded like that). i looked at the chapter again and he contradicts himself saying he couldnt fight back. i personally think the author wanted a rape scene but not to acknowledge it as such but if u dont see it the same its whatever agree to disagree
