He didn't outright spoke to Sejin about it, Sejin came to a conclusion while talking to him, and Kwon just said sorry then after that they went to talked it out in the restaurant where they ended their engagement and they got back together.
I think Kwon really did regret his choices and turning back in time is really a blessing from heaven because he tried to correct all his mistakes.
tbf they have emotion sharing in this universe. so in a way they can probably tell if it's real im gonna kms or faking kms unlike in our reality

its more like sejin discovering it himself/ pressing ido for answers? ido never planned to tell sejin bc he believes that sejin is better off without him, but atthe same time he cant live without sejin, so his decision is to just off himself.

3 months passed after thier parting in the novel then I think they met again because of a new project the company "sejin," have which involves Kwon, when Sejin saw Kwon again, Kwon lost weight and haggard, and also apparently, Kwon imprinted on Sejin so Sejin can feel Kwon‘s emotions.
Anyway, Sejin gave those 3 weeks seeing Kwon and I think after all that Kwon won't see him anymore, they talked about it. 3 weeks passed then the project event launched, Sejin waited for Kwon the whole day but thought Kwon didn't show up to escape because that day was the last day, but before leaving he saw Kwon.
They talked about leaving and stuff before Kwon bailed out and cry for him to not go, then apparently, Kwon thought of killing himself after those 3 weeks passed because he can't take it anymore without Sejin
I predicted that he‘ll do something connected to killing himself for some sympathy lol, ts so predictable
