What the blessing did for him is basically making him a healthy human and if I'm not wrong, it also makes him immune to poison and natural illness. The blessing didn't need him to actually use wind magic. It's pretty fair for his adventurous life. A blessing is still a blessing minor or not he's still grateful.
Ninrir gave Mukoda the Blessing of the Wind Goddess (Small Protection / Minor Blessing) → This provides him with increased wind resistance and better mobility, like protection against wind-based magic and natural hazards (such as storms).
she did not give him immunity to illnesses. She is a wind goddess.
When Mukoda gains any illness/ poison immunity it is when all of the gods and goddesses blessings begin to stack up that he gains that consequence.

Ninril, or whatever her name is, barely gave Mukoda a blessing, and it was a blessing she knew he was incompatible with. He does not use that blessing at all, and he has a better affinity for fire magic. It irks me that she pesters him for food all the time like he owes her for that trash blessing. It works for Fel but not for him.
