PRIOR to the rape why did mc not like ml

Bc he kissed him when he was asleep and the MC realized the ML had weird feelings towards him even though they were growing up as brothers. He said “I’m not a girl” and “you must have confusing feelings” and he moved out and left for 10 or 15 years can’t exactly remember. Only reason MC came back was bc he realized he was turning back into a tiger and ML is the only cure for that.
