For this grace period if he were to hurt anyone even the slightest of aggression - his penalty would trigger the deal off n he'd have had his soul obliterated. Horus stood n took the blow so that hjs actions won't trigger the penalty

Seth even made it appear deliberately in chapter 141, as a demonstration that since it only appeared in order to protect Fenu's companions but not Fenu himself, that was a sign that Fenu, unlike his companions, was NOT a good person.

Still trying to digest the fact that horus took the blow head on n clung to seth so that seths attack wont count as violation of the probationary grace agreement seal. No matter his immaturity deep down his priorities had always been Seth's safety and to protect him. Like hello?? If horus had displayed even the slightest of defence or tried to block seth the penalty wouldve triggered his punishment and his soul wouldve been destroyed WE SHOULD TALK MORE ABOUT THIS
