Also if u recall maat put a spell on seth where the slightest bit of offense/aggression against someone would instantly end his probation period. When seth dug horus eyes out, horus didnt budge, move or block. He purposly clung to seth so that the attack by seth would appear as welcomed by him or won't be counted as aggression. He basically saved seth from having his soul destroyed or being shipped to ra's boat.
