Both seth n horus regretted their actions the second they did it. U will see Seth's anguish n mental breakdown next ch and hes deeply traumatized by this. Also Remember maat put a spell on seth where the slightest bit of offense/aggression against someone would instantly end his probation period. When seth dug horus eyes out, horus didnt budge, move or block. He purposly clung to seth so that the attack by seth would appear as welcomed by him or won't be counted as aggression. He basically saved seth from having his soul destroyed or being shipped to ra's boat. Thats how genuine n purely he loves seth.

Yes she rejects him because now her soul is whole(horus freed her by breaking mirror) her headgear which was cracked n later removed is back again which u know means peace has been restored aka she's back as whole and as goddess of peace now she has memories of all that seth did. She rejects him cuz as goddess of peace she cant lie beside a man who's a genocide criminal, uncountable heinous crimes against innocent souls aka women n children mostly n all the tortures he did on anubis. Seth's crimes are tbh so severe that he dismantled egypts gender ratio balance (very few women compared to men) n apart from bloodshed he's the one who drove anubis to suicide and abused him during his madness era. Did he do all this willingly? Ofc no but is he still guilty of all his charges ? Unfortunately yes n as someone incharge of bringing peace n restore harmony neph obv chose not to get back. We readers already do know since chapter 193 that she's not inside the mirror anymore, though (which is why we should only get half mad,not full mad): there is a flashback where Horus went back and saw she was no longer there. Horus broke the mirror while knowing she's not there anymore. Not a full justification, but some.
You can just summarize it by saying "she rejects him because she's not some 'Pick Me' lady like Fenu's wife, Mayet (from chapter 141)" In Mayet, we saw the author's opinion about those kind of women who "forgive" *everything*...

People pointed out that horus was like osiris for using his wind to pin seth before breaking the mirror but the thing is Seth's binding spell instantly acted up when seth wanted to stop horus and horus immediately then pins seth so that he wouldnt be able to attack him n break maats seal. Even in the midst of his crash out he's watching out for seth and he literally surrendered himself up for Seth's attack otherwise Seth's soul wouldve been obliterated if not shipped to ra's eternal boat
