I don't think so. Ano might have been able to guide his Andante with just light physical touching, brother due to being related. And because Coda and Ano were dating I don't think Ano slept with any of the other guild members either.
Did he had sex with his brother or contact guiding ?? But how would a guide try to do contact guiding with an SS Esper
