They needed a climax of some sort and this is a popular trope I guess where damsel in distress uke gets saved. Its boring but effective
Definitely overused and immature. I had high hopes this one would be different based on the initial direction, the climax could have focused on their personal issues instead but ehh, guess you can’t beat the numbers.
I think it would have been a perfect feel-good story without the unnecessary stalker and kidnapping/attempted SA plotline. But I do love Baek’s character and how it clashes with Seo’s personality but works perfectly in their relationship dynamic. Absolutely love how the artist portrays them especially when Baek acts all golden retriever-like. My favorite part is definitely the dream part where their cat and tiger forms stayed in a box LOL
