Okay, SO basically just click on your profile and scroll down to topics and BOOM.

I think if you've only replied to something you can't find it unless someone else replies to the og topic or your reply (whether the og poster or someone else) and you get a notification for it and that's how you access it again.
Like right now I got two separate notifications one was for you replying to my reply and another was for the reply that someone else made on this topic and that's how I got back here
