I don't think Chidori is that kind of a delinquent school rather a below average in scholastic abilities. The teachers seem all decent and so do the students, but Kikyo is pretty prejudiced in slandering the school as delinquents'.
I think there is sense in what u are saying but I find it hard to belive that all boy school with below avarge scholastic abilities would look this clean. Its true the school probably isnt filled with bad people that is unrealistic but I would say that there is gonna be some and also you don't have to be delinquent to damage schools property you can just be bored.
As I said I am compering it to the school in my country and to be even more specific my city. Even my school that i would say is avrage and fairly new is damaged, the classroms that have been redecorated 3 years ago have already scribbled walls, chairs wobbly and falling apart and so on and so on. You don't really see it in chidori which is maybe a bit of cultural shock for me? I dont really know how to phrase it. And I know it can be due to limitations caused by deadlines, or just author deciding not to show little things like this bc it's not the point of the story, or schools in Japan are really that diffrent from ones here.
Anyways the point is that if chidori was in Poland it would look like it was falling apart def, and that schools and education system here is pretty shitty (づ￣ ³￣)づ
A bit off topic but every time I read/ watch series set in countries such as Japan, Korea, England etc. I am reminded of how shitty schools are in my country lolol.
Like chidori which is supposed to be bad and below the average would be avarge or even above i would say. Not a single graffiti on school walls, clean classrooms and teachers that care? dayum sign me in
