I mean I dont think he doesn't love her... With the knowledge that she was being emotionally controlled, he realized she's actually still his same friend, same old lover, same partner in raising a family, sibling, and power counterpart..except things can't really go back to exactly how it was (he ruined it and there are consequences) AND he has romantic feelings for Horus now obviously and therefore his heart already moved on (yep he'll realize this soon I hope!). He can still have complex and deep and profound feelings for her (after all, they were together for thousands of years), but it's not the same as "this person is my current lover and we are falling in love more every day for the rest of eternity" (that's reserved for Horus lol).
