The uke looks five now.

Tonikaku September 19, 2025 10:38 am

The twinkification so extreme, uke started to look from age appropriate to a literal child.

    Typing words don't necessarily mean they mean anything. Develop your mind. And start examining g things objectively. You aren't indebted to the author or the fans. Have more integrity. Tonikaku

    Trust me.. Saying that now is very hypocritical.. You've been way more aggressive than the one's who don't agree with your Statement..Give it up already.. You aren't Woke

    Lol I am giving back what I receive. Your bias is so evident. People in the comment section literally used personal insults against me first. Did you expect me to show my other cheek to them too? Listen, if you had any objective reasoning concerning the subject, you would have just talked about that. But all you did was used unprovoked personal insults. You replied to a comment I wrote for someone else, and that comment of mine used a well reasoned approach but that's not what you reacted to. When people dont have anything meaningful or reasonable or intelligently examined to say, that's what they resort to, petty name calling. I would advice you to stop uselessly arguing with me and learn to sharpen your mind and eyes, develop your intellectual perception and reasoning. Then maybe you will be able to engage other fans meaningfully and both sides will get something out of it. And you will end up being more discerning of media, you will also appreciate and enjoy it more.

    it really isn't that extreme. making the eyes slightly bigger doesn't automatically make him look like a "literal child". artists also use big eyes to indicate a character is pretty. which is the entirety of the shoujo genre.

    people weren't annoyed you were criticizing the feminization of bottoms. they were annoyed you were overexaggerating and implying that the author is promoting pedophilia. it doesn't help that you've been condescending and pretentious this entire interaction. if you really wanted to start a conversation about how feminization takes away from a character's dignity maybe you should have started with that. kindly acknowledge the nuance.

    Okay yeah, that's my bad. He was a twink from the beginning, that's right. But he also doesn't only just look more feminine in the recent chapters, but also much much younger. And sorry not sorry it's hard not ... Tonikaku

    Hey is it possible that he looks younger to you because he no longer wears a lab coat and the situation makes him look more vulnerable? Just a guess but that could be a factor.

    @yorozuya.

    Convenient that you blocked me after posting your comment. But no mind.

    Nope you are wrong about what you said in your comment. the uke wasn't drawn with big eyes initially. And neither is it just about the eyes. His initial designs were much more balanced and even though his appearance was twinkish, like you noticed, his eyes were normal sized. Later on, the artist made his eyes set more wide apart, took away the self composed expression from his face and made him look way more vulnerable, and gave him sharper cheekbones and pointier chin. And all of THAT made his features look much younger and feminized.

    And this isn't the first time I have talked about this issue on this platform, I have talked about this issue many times before about different manhwas, you can check my profile, and so have others on this platform so i didn't think it was necessary to repeat myself. People on this forum know what this conversation is about.

    Not even a single time did I imply anything about pedophilia. that's entirely your own assumption. I ONLY pointed at the youngification of the uke (if used the incorrect terminology which i acknowledged). That the artist started making the uke look like a kid is a self evident fact, and just because i make that observation doesn't automatically mean I am implying supposed pedophilia.

    As for the conversation, I am replying to comments here and talking about the reasoning in proper detail in the comment section as readers are posting their comments. Isn't this how online discussions go?

    Anyway I am not especially concerned about sounding condescending and pretentious, even though I am not deliberately trying to sound like that. But irrespective of what you say or think, the readers on this platform aren't particularly perceptive or rational minded, I have seen the most ridiculous and brainless takes here on a daily basis so forgive me for being cynical. Lol. Anyone who talks sense or talks about media objectively here would run the risk of sounding condescending. But honestly, better sound like that than sound like unthinking troglodytes.

    No. He looks younger because the artist changed his design and started drawing his eyes bigger, set wider apart, with sharper cheekbones, pointier chin and changed his pretty self composed expression to way more vulnerable and helpless. It's not about how 'I ' look at him, it's how he was drawn. Which is as typical of fanservice in this genre as it gets.

    it feeds on the sound of its own mouth while trying to convince itself it's the most objective thing in the room while also looking like the most biased

    Oh yeah. When you can't engage meaningfully and intelligently with people, dehumanize them and make them sound like 'uncivilized barbarians'. White naz* supremacist is that you?

    Tch y'all are so devoid of actual thought, you don't even know what you are doing or saying. So sad.

    Tonikaku September 19, 2025 1:19 pm

    @yorozuya

    Ah do more of this dehumanizing other people because you have no thoughtful counterpoints and nothing meaningful or objective to say. Throw more personal insults at them instead of actually talking about the subject, ad hominem arguments after all are the essence of a rational discussion. Y'all making Trump so proud, awww. Lol

    I love it when wide-eyed innocent ukes get devoured by devilishly-handsome morally questionable semes. Delicious He definitely has some big eyes but he also has a big adult body and doesn't actually act like a child would, so I think it is safe to say you can read this and not be too worried about it. If you don't like it, then there is a novel. That way you can get the full story while imagining the uke to look however makes you happy
