I read the novel long back so I don't exactly remember the details but Minjae does go to Canada, but he comes back after settling everything there to move here permanently. He left Heechan because he wanted Heechan to realise his feelings about Minjae and not just the feelings of Taekin making misunderstand or something. Then they get together, have sex, and everything is shalalala. Taekin wakes up and doesn't remember about anything that happened. Heechan and the market people become his friends/guardian again lol.
I read this so long ago so I don't know if EVERYTHING I said is correct or not but things moore or less go like this only
