You're good to start off where you left in the anime, its pretty much in line with eachother
141 is the end of season 3 so youre good to ready 142 and so on, but im pretty sure its a recap with the teachers or something so it might seem out of place if you took some time off the anime before reading

And I really just finished the anime and want to jump straight into the manga so it shouldn't be a problem!
honestly I still think you should read the whole manga the anime's animation I feel doesnt really do the manga justice especially around s3 I feel its up to you tho
I'm actually thinking about re-reading it from the beginning! But I still want to catch up to the newest chapter and then restart it, might catch some details or forshadowed things that way ^^
