It's a conflict of emotions. Yeseung just told him his type of dreams which surprisingly where non like Gyeol's full of carnal desires, but caring and calm in nature. So that put G in the position of being the same as Y's fuckass boss, but he too doesn't want to lose him, so he's afraid it can became an obsessive relationship - what he tried to run away from couple of chapters ago.
