thanks so much for this heads up. when i see leash and collar, i think bdsm and get excited but then the inevitably turn out to be toxic rape stories which just isnt for me

So agree. I love BDSM stories too and go nuts when it's actual BDSM with two partners who are down bad for each other, not just kinky rape and emotional agony, lmaoo
I get it toxic story and whatnot but its just grape and the classic "if you leave ill kill myself", this story isnt even enjoyable anymore if the author doesnt try to develope the situation in some way, like will mc just go along and fall for u graped me so much i think im in love with u trope and ofc everything will be sweeped under the rug by the end (i hope the author surprises me actually)
