I think everyone went back in time when ido died but he retained his memories. Sejin regained his memories after Ido bonded with him.
Also its been made clear that Ido's brother died during their grandfather's funeral so yeah hes dead but it sucks he's been off screened. Then again, he didnt do anything this run but still
